Central Network Monitoring system with alert via SMS, E-mail, Phone and Sound

Trouble Ticking system to record all the troubles we notice for the future
analysis and troubleshooting
Organizing and
leading a preventive maintenance team to properly visit the site for the
preventing the future troubles, following a specific schedule and check mark
form system to perform better
Building and
managing an Inventory system that could keep track of all the assets in the
company, their license expiration and information system, the asset
manufacturer information like serial and model numbers, their current
location and price including annual deduction cost

access software for troubleshooting, configurations and other user’s need as

Weekly checkup of
all computers for antivirus update, data backup, windows clean up, and some
other issues.
Monitoring all computers
in the main and sub-offices from the main office for virus status, usage of
the bandwidth of all or an exact PC, cleaning of any other malware.
Checking all
system for suspected software, viruses, spywares, worms and trojans and
giving a permanent solution.
Assisting System
Administrator in shift time in the support or any administration task.
